High pressure common rail electronic control injector test bench: adopts a fully automatic control
system, which can quickly test the common rail injectors (including piezoelectric common rail injectors).

Function:
(1) Electric control common rail injector brands that can be tested: BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, SIMENS.
(2) Upgraded one-key clean the fuel injector function, convenient, efficient and simplifies the test process.
(3) It can accurately test the high-pressure sealing, full-load fuel injection volume, fuel return volume, discharge
point fuel injection volume, idle fuel injection volume, pre-injection volume, and pre-injection fuel return volume.
(4) It can automatically generate fuel quantity correction codes for common rail injectors: QR, IQA, IMA, ISA, c2i, c3i, (VD0) ICC.
(5) Armature lift test of the solenoid valve of the injector.
(6) The electric control common rail injector opening pressure test, the opening pulse width test, and the response
time test.
(7) Test of resistance value and inductance value of solenoid valve of electronically controlled common rail
injector.
(8) It can manually edit the injection characteristics of the injector to be tested.
(9) The test process can be selected according to the actual situation, and the test data report can be
automatically generated.
(10) It can display 6 sets of test data at the same time, which is convenient for data comparison.
(11) Judging the damaged parts of the electrically controlled common rail injector by itself according to the
information of fuel quantity at various working points and interface prompts.

Independent research and development of a new generation test control system, with more advanced hardware
support, remote service & upgrade, support WIFI. Automatic test fuel temperature control system: heater and forced circulation air cooling system, more sensitive
and safer. Upgrade the injector fixture with high-end customized connection special wiring harness and special oil supply
and return joints, etc. Accurate rail pressure acquisition and control system: Bosch rail pressure sensor and Bosch common rail pipe, Bosch high pressure proportional control valve (PCV valve). The protective door adopts reinforced toughened protective glass, which has a larger viewing angle and is
convenient for observation. The low-pressure oil supply pipeline, circulation pipeline, and measurement pipeline are all made of industrial
pressure-resistant 304 stainless steel seamless pipes, which are durable. The test fuel tank and waste fuel tank are all made of 304 industrial stainless steel, and are equipped with a
dedicated observation window, which is convenient and user-friendly.
